Return & Refund Policy
We want every piece to feel made for you. If it doesn't, here's exactly how we make it right.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags still attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Requested within the 30-day return window
Final Sale Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once opened, worn, or removed from sealed packaging:
- Lingerie, bodysuits, underwear, panties, and shapewear
- Opened or used skincare, serums, oils, soaps, and beauty tools
- Teeth-whitening products
- Any item marked "Final Sale" at checkout
How to Start a Return
Email support@velourpore.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will review your request and, if approved, send a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover all return costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- We strongly recommend a tracked shipping service
- VELOUR & PORÉ is not responsible for returns lost in transit
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
If 10 business days have passed since your return was delivered and you haven't received a refund, please contact us at support@velourpore.com.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Delivery Guarantee
We aim to deliver every order within 31 days. If that doesn't happen, we protect you:
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to make a change? You have a 24-hour window from the time of your order to request modifications or a cancellation.
Once an order has been processed for fulfillment, it cannot be changed and must follow the standard return process outlined above.
