Shipping Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Thank you for shopping with VELOUR & PORÉ. We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and professional manner. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order, as it outlines our shipping practices, estimated timelines, and important terms that govern your purchase.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. Please note that order processing time is separate from and in addition to shipping transit time.

We reserve the right to delay shipment of any order that requires additional verification, payment review, or address confirmation. We are not liable for shipping delays resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (United States): 7–15 business days
  • Express Shipping (United States): 3–7 business days
  • International Shipping: 10–25 business days depending on destination country

All delivery timeframes are estimates only. VELOUR & PORÉ does not guarantee delivery by a specific date. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, peak holiday periods, or other factors outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. VELOUR & PORÉ offers free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50.00 USD. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system after you receive your confirmation.

VELOUR & PORÉ provides tracking information as a courtesy. We are not responsible for tracking inaccuracies or delays in tracking updates caused by the shipping carrier.

International Shipping

VELOUR & PORÉ ships to select international destinations. International customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges levied by their country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and will not be reimbursed by VELOUR & PORÉ under any circumstances.

If a package is refused by customs or returned to us due to unpaid duties or incorrect customs information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

VELOUR & PORÉ is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after successful delivery confirmation by the carrier. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, contacting your local post office, or filing a claim with the carrier. In the event your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@velourpore.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Incorrect Address & Returned Packages

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for re-shipment costs. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us at hello@velourpore.com with your order number. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Force Majeure

VELOUR & PORÉ shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in shipment arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, carrier strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
